@Alleycat808 @ToddKIL @KeruboSk Cheapest mobile home I can find in my area is between $1 and $200,000 to start. I agree that $45k isn’t a lot, but for many even that isn’t possible.

@UnknownTweetr2 @ToddKIL @KeruboSk My first place was a mobile home, and you can get a mobile home here for 45k. After that I bought a 4 bed 3 bath and decided owning was not my thing and not worth it. Most of us started at the bottom and worked our way up, you can too. 45k is not a lot.

@ToddKIL @Alleycat808 @KeruboSk Not sure where you’re at, but in my area, average cost of a 2 bedroom home in 2005 was ~$200,000, it is now ~$850,000. That’s not a doubling.

@UnknownTweetr2 @ToddKIL @KeruboSk Kind of, I think it all equals out. I was making $8 an hour back then and gas was 2.50 a gallon and eggs were 99 cents. My nephew at my same age is making 17.50 an hour and gas is 3.50 a gallon and eggs are 1.50. Computers and TVs are way cheaper as well.

@ToddKIL @KeruboSk I’m graduating students out of STEM MSc and PhD programs just for them to be met with offers of $17-$22 per hour in high cost of living cities. My graduate students are all working gig economy jobs on the side to stay afloat, with roommates.

@UnknownTweetr2 @KeruboSk I disagree: Avg pay out of college now is 55K, 20 years ago was 35K... No difference. The problem is kids do not want to struggle and work hard like people did 20 years ago. They think they are enabled to have the best right away. I drove a shitty car first 5 years out of college

@ToddKIL @KeruboSk Purchasing power 20 years ago was dramatically higher for the average Joe than it is now. Takes twice as long for them to save enough for a down payment, and by the time they get to their goal, inflation has already increased enough to make their saving meaningless.

@KeruboSk How about this: Option 1- Stay at home and save money Option 2- Get a smaller or lower Apartment and work yourself up LIKE EVERYONE DID 20 years ago... We didnt complain we worked hard

@orthobro @Richard85056436 @MarkJCarney I mean nearly all of Canada’s exports to you yanks are exempted from the tariffs under CUSMA. If that changes we might see a reduction in demand for our goods due to increased prices on the buyer side, but that really only works if there’s an American product equivalent already.

@esjesjesj Its an easy answer, she was trying to flee the scene of her crime of impeding federal agents, did she try and run over an agent on purpose probably not but she didn't care if she did while she was in the process of fleeing the crime she committed.

@XxEditxX22 @UNCgirlSarah @sweetmomissa @DoorDash @LibertyMutual In the video the driver hit the car after they had completed the delivery and fulfilled the contract with DoorDash and the customer. This isn’t a matter that concerns DoorDash because the delivery was completed at the time of the incident, need to pursue the driver privately.

Here's the problem from a neutral perspective. Instead of dealing with the claims or information head on, folks like you and Dribble focus on attacking the person/people rather than the information. A perfect example is the Sphinx, it very clearly has excessive water damage all around it. Instead of addressing that head on, its fantasy, pronouns and spanish white supremacy bias, wtf that is. It all comes off as childish, defensive and desperate which only raises more suspicion and doubt to any reasonable person. Why would anyone in academia be so emotionally invested in the Sphinx not having water damage at the cost of their own person credibility???

@gratwickfilms @LiquidLibertyio @PatriotsDanny @XRPLoader589 @FlintDibble I’m not attacking the person, I’m attacking his nonsensical ideas and the fact that they fall apart under any scrutiny that doesn’t involve the use of cherry picked evidence. There is a plethora of robust evidence that directly contradicts what Hancock professes.

@LiquidLibertyio @PatriotsDanny @XRPLoader589 @FlintDibble What a crock of shit. His son who works at Netflix greenlit his “documentary” and every claim he makes requires some carefully selected evidence from archeologists, while also putting on the biggest set of horse blinders for the vast body of evidence that disagrees with him.

@PatriotsDanny @XRPLoader589 @FlintDibble In my opinion Hancock looked unprepared and Dibble acted in bad faith. And there is mountains of evidence, albeit circumstantial, for many of Hancock's claims. Mainstream archaeology's response has always been to simply pretend it doesn't exist

I’m sorry but I just cannot watch stranger things season 5. This has got to be the WORST scene imaginable Peak feminist strong independent WOmAn PoWeR garbage. The dad gets one shotted & discarded, but the drunk mom is able to use her wine bottle to get several free shots on the demogorgan My lord this is the woke fantasy of how they see women. This entire first episode was the men getting talked down to like they’re idiots, and the woman being smart, capable and in charge. It’s so insanely WOKE I can’t even stomach it. Most shows my wife likes to watch I can tolerate the woke agenda but this … is so over the top, in your face, go out of the way to shove woke gay feminist propaganda down your throat. Just TRY to watch this without rolling your eyes.

While I'm sure the causes are complicated, no nation has leaned more into "diversity is our strength, we don't need a melting pot we have a salad bowl" immigration insanity than Canada. It has the highest foreign-born share of the population in the entire G7 and its living standards have stagnated.
Michael A. Arouet@MichaelAArouet

What happened in Canada will be studied by many historians and economists as the prime example of self-destruction of an otherwise prosperous nation after blindly following left ideology.
