No mentors. Learned everything the hard way. Now I write about what it cost me and what it’s worth.

The midcurve midwit meme is the most accurate map of how life works ever made.      Here's why the retard and the jedi both win, and the midwit gets mogged by both

@LifeMathMoney real got a elderly relative in his 90s living on his own, by himself. still doing well. mentally sharp. no cane, no walker, no limp. probably he goes jogging every single fucking day. slow pace, but he never misses it.

Do your cardio guys. At least 90 minutes per week. Do not limit yourself to zone 2. PUSH hard to get to zone 3 or zone 4. The heart is a muscle that deserves MORE focus than your biceps

i actually just fancied the engagement ive had a quiet afternoon. it wasnt worth it 😆 but in reality the actual answer to this question is insanely obvious to anyone with sense. both are great. the main thing should stay the main thing. just recover and fuel properly. its not the presence of extra stimulus thats “killing gains”.

@AntiDoc exactly. they are still largely viewed as the crutch or even as a foundation, when they should viewed as the icing on cake once you've spent some time in the game. everybody wants to look good but nobody wants to spend years and adopt the lifestyle to do so.

@Unmentored_ I agree with all of that. Would be worth it for most if they took the time to learn and execute.

There are a lot more people pushing young people to stay natural than the others. Probably rightfully so. There were even tons of pro natty and vehemently anti-PED guys in the mainstream for a long time. It’s telling that he’s not confused and thinking tren at 16 is fine. Instead it’s “I don’t care what happens” It’s every bit as much about the world they’re inheriting as it is what they see on social media, though the two are related.

We need more people promoting being natty and helping kids understand there’s no reason to take these drugs and add risk. Just enjoy fitness with what God gave you. Social media absolutely making this worse than the 80s/90s steroid era

@BowTiedHRT all part of the game everybody responds so differently to everything. health, fitness, nutrition and enhancements is a lifestyle of trial and error until you nail down what works for you.

@MarcLobliner My LVEF recovered from 40% to 53-55% while on 150-200mg per week of Test E. Took a few years and some big lifestyle changes (emphasis on cardio and a leaner physique over heavy weights and bigger build) but it worked...

Mental gooning. Consuming content that makes your brain feel productive while your life stays exactly the same. Morning routines. Self help. Finance podcasts. Another video. Feels like progress. Produces nothing. Unable to critically think, needs permission to form an opinion

let me get this straight it doesn’t matter how much evidence you present. emails, laws of physics, exposed connections, literal video footagenone of it is enough a conspiracy theorist can lay out a bulletproof case with sources and the npc response is always the same. “where’s your proof” brother i just showed you the proof. you didn’t even look at it nothing is real to these people unless anderson cooper says it on cnn or it gets stamped as “officially confirmed” by the same government that’s been lying to them their entire lives they don’t want proof, they want permission to believe it. and until their favorite news anchor tells them it’s okay to think for themselves they never will the saddest part is they turned the general public into the gatekeepers of their own prison. you don’t even need guards when the inmates police each other for free

“On the Moon is a photo of my family. I pray it reminds you that we and America and all of the world are cheering you on.” Apollo 16 astronaut Charlie Duke recorded a message for the Artemis II crew. Fitting that they hear his words as they close in on their lunar destination.

Call it vanity if you'd like, don't care. Fact is this: you will only experience a limited number of youthful summers. Less than you think. Get in phenomenal shape. Eat clean, perfect your movement, see what your body is capable of. Don't waste another summer. Ascend now.

@PeptideList no, we've been using peptides just fine for decades. the ones with brains have access to testing or reputable suppliers and sources. nobody needs to pay a 1000% markup for any of this. this is just a prime example of how normies ruin fucking everything

The New Yorker just lab-tested research peptides from a popular online vendor. BPC-157: contained lead. TB-500: contained endotoxins. CJC-1295: less than 42% of the labeled dose. This is what people are injecting into their bodies. The peptides aren't the problem. The supply chain is. This is exactly why the FDA reclassification matters moving these compounds into regulated compounding pharmacies with cGMP standards and real quality control.

one thing that recovery meetings get wrong is that you need to release your obsessions and dull your edge. this is incorrect. your demons have to work for you. harness that obsession and pain and point it in the right direction. people that suffer from addiction have some of the greatest upside potential, while also the greatest downside potential. a real life example of extreme volatility. volatility is where fortunes are made in markets. and in this case, real life as well. the energy harnessed from obsession and pain focused correctly is near limitless. lean into your edge.
