It is really funny to see fear mongering about video game industry unions rocking the boat when the union-less arrangement led to the past year's man-made industry apocalypse with no shortage of higher ups looting the ruins.

Welp, while I was laid off last week with a large chunk of Epic Games employees today is the official day on the paperwork. The people I worked with were the best part. To put a positive spin on it, most of those people were let go as well so now we get to hang out more often!

Epic "forgot" to lay me off.
So I got laid of too, but didn't find out until yesterday while I was at home...
with my wife they just laid off.
At least one other person also found out Friday they were "forgotten" about on Thursday. Not sure how many will be hit.

@SonDanhan Short break, small personal game, look at job offers/openings or contracting. I'm also doing chicken farming and moving into a tiny home on some land. Loooot of work to do.
