🧔🏻 دكتور هل ادوية GLP-1 مثل اوزمبيك / مونجارو / تروليسيتي / ريبلسس / فكتوزا تسبب إنخفاض في سكر الدم اقل من ٧٠ ؟ أنا شايل هم الصيام ؟ ممارسة الرياضة خايف يهبط السكر 🥹 👨🏻‍⚕️ هذه المجموعة الدوائية مذهلة في طريقة عملها لانها تحفز افراز الانسولين بذكاء فقط لو السكر مرتفع وعلى قدر الارتفاع Glucose dependent بل وايضاً قد توازن سكر الدم وتقلل فرص انخفاض السكر عندما يكون الشخص مثلا لديه انخفاضات بعد عملية تكميم وانخفاضات عكسية بعد تناول الكربوهيدرات 🧔🏻 يعني مستحيل معها يصير انخفاض في سكر الدم اقل من الطبيعي ؟ 👨🏻‍⚕️ لو كان الشخص يستخدم معها في نفس الوقت ادوية اخرى (خافضة للسكر ) مثل دايمكرون / انسولين / الخ قد يحصل انخفاض في سكر الدم بسبب الادوية الخافضة لذلك استشير طبيبك لكي يعدل جرعات الادوية الاخرى ( ان لزم ) قبل البدأ في ادوية GLP-1 🔴مادة تثقيفية 🔴 ليس اعلان
