I would like to thank the Johnston Town Council for granting me the authority to go forward with eminent domain on the 252 unit, 100% low-income housing site. Rest assured, we will provide our first responders and residents with the 21st century facilities they deserve.

Rhode Island should be Austin/Chattanooga on steroids. Acela corridor. Beautiful landscape. Smart, caring population. But it will not be without massive reform in housing, education, healthcare and transit

Ideally, Hasbro would be incentivized to become an anchor of the “Innovation District” on the 195 land in Providence, perhaps spurring additional creative/design/tech/new media firms to set up shop in the area. But, without housing, its a waste of time and energy to pursue
