The steakhouse where Tyler Robinson allegedly ate is slightly over 200 miles from Orem.
He was allegedly spotted at the steakhouse around 8:45. Described as having eaten quickly and left.
He allegedly sent the text message from Orem at around 11 o’clock.
If they are off by even 15 minutes in their estimate as to when they spotted him at the restaurant, he could easily have made it to Orem in time driving 80 to 90 miles an hour.

I’m genuinely confused as to why it’s really unbelievable that the security teams of major influencers in the same industry would be immediately in contact with one another when one of the influencers is publicly assassinated.
As soon as I heard Candace say it, I thought yep, makes sense. Shapiros people know Charlie’s people and they’d do well to let them know to lay low for a bit or something.

This is just plainly untrue. There is more than enough evidence to convince a reasonable jury that Tyler murdered Kirk beyond a reasonable doubt.

The Judge presiding over Charlie Kirk's murder trial REJECTS the admittance of the State's "compilation" of videos and photos that allege Tyler Robinson was on UVU campus the day of Charlie Kirk's death.
The surveillance footage compilation, made by the Utah State Attorney Office, allegedly show Tyler Robinson on UVU campus twice before the shooting, once during, and once after the footage.
The compilation was REJECTED due alterations including zooming, highlights, and red circles to draw attention to certain details.
The Judge is skeptical of the video alterations and needs authentication.
The State reveals it does NOT have currently have the raw footage, without alterations, on hand.
"I'm sustaining the objection... 12.1 is NOT admitted."
