On August 16, the Tenth Circuit reaffirmed its decision that Garfield County holds an R.S. 2477 right-of-way to the entire Burr Trail, including the 7.5-mile Stratton Segment at issue in SUWA v. BLM. This decision protects the access and safety of the traveling public!
