We are living through one of the fastest technological transformations in human history. Finance is being re-architected in real time—blockchain rails, instant settlement, transparent ledgers. Conversations around election integrity are evolving—ID verification, auditability, chain of custody. Across nearly every sector, the expectation is clear: systems should be faster, more secure, and built for the world we actually live in. And yet, the core legislative body of the most powerful country on earth—United States Congress—still operates on rhythms designed for a completely different era. The structure of Congress was established in 1789, in a nation where representatives traveled by horse, where information moved at the speed of paper, and where lawmakers quite literally needed extended time away to return to their farms and local communities. The concept of “recess” wasn’t inefficiency—it was necessity. But today? Members can cross the country in hours. Communication is instantaneous. Data is real-time. Entire industries operate 24/7 with global synchronization. And yet Congress still adjourns for weeks at a time, still moves legislation through layers of process that can take months or years, and still struggles to respond to issues that evolve in days. In 2023, Congress passed fewer than 30 laws in a full year—one of the lowest outputs in modern history. Meanwhile, the federal government manages a $6+ trillion budget, oversees global economic influence, and is expected to respond to rapid shifts in technology, national security, and financial systems. This is not just about productivity—it’s about alignment with reality. We are asking a 21st-century nation to operate under an 18th-century tempo. And the consequences are becoming more visible: • Critical issues stall while systems around them evolve • Public trust declines as responsiveness lags • Policy is often reactive rather than proactive • Younger generations see institutions that feel disconnected from the pace of life they experience daily None of this means tearing the system down. The original design intentionally built friction into governance to prevent chaos and protect against sudden swings in power. Stability matters. But stability without adaptation becomes stagnation. The question isn’t whether Congress should remain deliberate—it’s whether it can remain effective without modernizing how it functions. Can legislative sessions be structured differently? Can technology be integrated to increase transparency and speed without sacrificing oversight? Can accountability be tightened so that representation actually reflects the urgency of the moment? At some point, the gap between technological progress and institutional inertia becomes too large to ignore. We are upgrading everything else. When do we upgrade Congress? #ModernizeCongress #ClarityAct #SaveAmericaActNow #21stCenturyGovernment #GovernmentReform #Accountability #Transparency #Innovation #PolicyReform #FutureOfAmerica @elonmusk @realDonaldTrump @Republicans

@RemiReliefX My instincts tell me the financial world is implementing with or without clarity enacted and theyre now lobbying for it to pass because theyd rather have it passed now than operate in a 'risk' environment until it passes

🚨I am here to tell you that the chances of the Clarity Act passing is 100000000%🚨 I can’t speak for any crypto outside the Top 5 FOMO cryptos in this run. In My Opinion… 1) BTC 2) ETH 3) XRP 4) SOL 5) DOGE and/or XLM Those cryptos will give you money that should be illegal. Especially XRP. Once again, especially XRP. I can’t emphasize that enough. Not financial advice but IYKYK. Remember my goal here is to make you rich through Crypto and through Christ. If my information fails, my goal fails and that’s not happening. The Clarity Bill will 100000000% pass. As the saying goes…There’s more than one way to skin a cat 🤷‍♂️

🇺🇸 The CLARITY Act currently has 51/60 votes needed to pass the Senate 👀 Zero democrats have voiced public support for the current version, with Senator Ruben Gallego saying the draft was "not a serious effort." Republicans plan to have one final discussion with the White House to clear up democrat concerns over ethics. Work still to be done. 💥

@Xfinancebull Crazy how every corner of the economy and the broader financial world is leaning towards this and senators who are supposed to represent the will of the people are only concerned about scoring points against Trump and the elections. These horrible people need to go...

🚨 BRACE YOURSELVES. CLARITY ACT IS BEING PUSHED FROM EVERY DIRECTION TODAY. 🚨 The bill still does not have the 60 votes needed to advance. But lok at what changed in only a few days. The White House agreed to an ethics package. Senate Republicans released the long-awaited 616-page text. The Digital Chamber, Crypto Council for Innovation and Blockchain Association immediately called on Senate leaders to begin the floor process. Even Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon broke from much of the banking lobby and publicly supported moving CLARITY forward. Why? Because keeping crypto inside a legal gray area protects nobody. Consumers remain exposed. Law enforcement works without a complete federal framework. Legitimate companies keep moving operations outside America. Seven key Democrats still reject the current draft over ethics and illicit-finance concerns. That is the wall negotiators must break through this weekend. But this is what the final stretch of major legislation looks like. Pressure. Arguments. Last-minute changes. Votes being counted one senator at a time. Only nine legislative days remain before the August recess begins. The industry is no longer asking Washington to write the perfect bill behind closed doors. It is demanding that senators bring CLARITY into the open, debate the remaining issues and put their positions on record. The bill is not across the finish line. But today, nearly every force around it is pushing toward the floor.

🚨 I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE MOMENT REGULATION STOPS BEING A THREAT AND STARTS BECOMING A CATALYST. 🚨 That moment is getting closer. Countries are establishing crypto frameworks because digital assets are becoming part of payments, capital markets and global trade. When clearer rules arrive, institutions will not search through thousands of tokens hoping to find something usable. They will look for networks that already offer control, identity, security, auditability and connections to regulated finance. That leads me straight to six names. $XRP sits at the intersection of licensed payments, stablecoins, liquidity and tokenized assets. $LINK can connect blockchains with bank systems, market data and compliance rules, with institutional service activity feeding its economic model. $XLM is becoming a home for regulated funds, private credit, stablecoins and cross-border payment infrastructure. $HBAR gives asset issuers built-in tools for KYC, freezing, pausing and managing tokens without constructing every control from scratch. $QNT is building the connective layer between banks, traditional payment rails and 74 blockchain networks through Fusion. $XDC is turning trade documents, debt and real-world assets into programmable instruments that can move through modern financial markets. What excites me is how specialized they are. They are not six copies chasing the same use case. One moves liquidity. One connects data and networks. One distributes assets globally. One gives enterprises control. One links banking systems. One modernizes trade finance. Together, they represent the infrastructure stack regulated digital finance will need. I am not waiting for the crowd to understand this after every chart turns vertical. I am studying the systems before that recognition arrives. $XRP $LINK $XLM $HBAR $QNT $XDC The laws are catching up to the technology they spent years building.

🚨NEW: The @USHCC, which says it represents millions of Hispanic-owned businesses across the U.S., sent a letter to Senate leaders this week saying it shares community banks’ concerns that the Clarity Act could accelerate deposit flight. The group argues the bill would reduce lending to Hispanic-owned small businesses and weaken investment in underserved communities.

Tamboli's Pasta & Pizza says business is booming after refusing to serve National Guard members. After conservatives called for a boycott, the Memphis restaurant says supporters have packed the dining room instead, with some calling it a "buy-cott." Owner Miles Tamboli tells Fox News Digital sales have roughly doubled since the incident and says he still stands by his decision. One customer said, "While I do not blame the National Guard for being in Memphis since it was not their choice, I stand by businesses refusing service as a form of resistance and protest."

Dear @UpholdInc, if this timeline is accurate, it raises several serious questions that deserve a clear and transparent explanation. I’m not making accusations… however.. I’m simply laying out the timeline as it appears. Many XRP holders are confused and frustrated by how this unfolded, and I believe they deserve clarity. 2023: Uphold tells XRP holders to keep their XRP on Uphold to qualify for the Evernode (EVR) airdrop. 2024: EVR gets distributed… but users can’t buy, sell, trade, or withdraw it. 2026: Uphold announces it’s removing everyone’s EVR balances, citing liquidity and regulatory requirements. So XRP holders were encouraged to hold their XRP, received an asset they couldn’t use, and now that asset is being removed…
