Everybody is ultra competent.
And the reason everybody's ultra competent is because if they're not, Elon sniffs it out and fires them.
Elon's talking to the people actually doing the work. At this point having done this for 25 years he can sniff this out really quickly.
The best engineers in the world want to work for him because he's the one CEO who's able to work with them as a peer on whatever the technology is.
What would be better as an engineer than being able to design a rocket with @elonmusk as your engineering partner?"

When something upsets you, where do you go first?
When something painful happens, many of us immediately focus on the other person, the situation, the injustice, what should have happened differently.
That’s human.
But sometimes, the deeper shift begins when we also ask:
What is happening inside me right now?
What is this touching in me?
What do I need in this moment?
Sometimes outer events trigger inner wounds that were already waiting to be seen.
When are you experiencing this in your life?

Dogs are like kids. No two are the same. Don’t assume that because your dogs can easily be trained to act the same.
We’ve had over 10 dogs in the family over the years, all different breeds and all completely different to train.
I’ve had some really awesome, smart dogs and I’ve had one that understood plain English but we now have a bichon frisse (my daughter’s choice) and she is a total retard.

Truth is brutal sometimes.
Of course it's easy to give an honest opinion, but if you ask me about my past I'd rather not go into addiction history etc ...
