I was looking forward to my grandma utz all day. Then when I open the bag and ate a few, they all tasted disgusting and as if there was a gas being released. I’m so disappointed and the grocery store won’t give me my money back. That hurts @UtzSnacks

@UtzSnacks - Just got home from surgery and was going to have a sandwich and some kettle chips. Grandma Utz’s to be exact. From the first bite, I could tell if these chips seem to be boiled in engine oil that had been used for 500,000 miles. They were gross, they were rancid, and they were in date. It couldn’t have been just my bag. Good luck with that.

@UtzSnacks I found 3 long hairs in a jar of #SouthoftheBorder salsa. Use to be my favorite store bought salse. This was in a third of the jar. I was not sure it was from the salsa until I found one was imbedded in a tomato.God knows how many more in the jar! #salsa #Utz #hair

Hey @UtzSnacks, I had an alarming experience with my bag of Cheddar and Sour Cream Ripple Chips yesterday! Mid-chew, I discovered a jagged silver piece in my mouth. Not sure how it got in there, but this could have been life threatening! Let's make sure everyone's enjoying their snacks without unexpected surprises 🙏🏾

@alannab99 We are happy to say that our ingredients and recipes have not changed. Given the lack of options for gluten-free testing to fully comply with the FDA’s requirements for gluten-free, out of an abundance of caution, Utz has removed gluten-free claims from some product packages.

Hey @UtzSnacks , found this in my bag of kettle classic Maui bbq. Almost lost a tooth when I was eating handfuls of these chips, IN THE DARK…. I’m traumatized😂😳😳😳😳😳
