A “Lexus RX400H” was caught at Medininkai. On March 28, customs officers found the car leaving Lithuania with registration documents from two different countries and a built-in mechanism that could instantly switch Polish plates to Belarusian ones.
The car had already been exported from Lithuania once before and ended up in Belarus, raising suspicions of a sanctions-bypassing scheme.
