@Avis-loyal multiyear pres club member. 2nd time in a row I’ve had an issue. LAX-no keys in the car, had to downgrade, and wait 20 minutes. San Diego (today), car wasn’t in the spot and waited 15 min for another. Tough after dealing with canceled flights, on EST, and get in late
