Brilliant. Its important to keep the spirit of the Lord with us, even when challenged. Do not succumb to the flesh and retaliate. What you did was show her the heart of Jesus, a woman that walks in faith, that has peace and calm about her, and that is what this young woman saw in you. I pray the Lord continues to always walk with you.

I am a nurse. Last night I invited the daughter of my patient and her friend to watch futbol. I was with 6 conservative friends. Driving a Tesla was brought up. This sparked the daughter to exclaim she despised Elon. The political fireworks started. My friend exclaimed “Lexi, she’s a liberal”. We asked why Elon was hated and were told he doesn’t give back enough. I stated if he gave a billion dollars to every being on earth he would not even notice but…. Money doesn’t fix morality. And people need to worry about how much THEY are giving to their neighbors. Not Elon. Not point out the wood in another’s eye when they have a plank in their own. I was then told “ I don’t believe in organized religion”. And “ I feel like you do”. I thanked her for the compliment and explained my journey from Catholic to 30 year pagan back to Christ. She nodded and listened intently. At the end of the event I gave my new friend (patients daughter/liberal) and her friend a ride home. She thanked me for being real and stated she would love to get together again. Oh yeah, and she’s buying a Tesla.

We were told "Other Assistance" was a bed, couch, desk, TV stand, dining room table and kitchen ware, of which the bed was the only new item. Definitely not worth half of $1832.44! We also received a second hand phone that belonged to someone else before and had to buy our own phone plan after the first month. When asked about it we were told the requirement was they should give us a phone so they can get hold of us. Yet their own paperwork said they will supply us a 3 month phone plan. At the end of the 3 month assistance we were told what these items cost. The prices were crazy, we decided arguing was useless and signed their paperwork so we could move on with our lives. But it is wrong to exploit the funding given for resettlement of refugees. It was wrong then, it is wrong now. Again, don't get me wrong. We are grateful for the program, grateful for all the assistance we received. But when you see something you should say something. Even now the new refugees are not receiving fair and just treatment from the resettlement agency....... in fact, it is getting worse. They are not assisted with bus tickets and are expected to buy their own. It is sad that things are going the way it is going. Truly sad. All we want is a fair chance for our people, future American patriots, to get on their feet and self sustainability. I feel that so many refugee agencies make it their goal to make them suffer. 🚨 It sounds terrible but it is true. If we did not intervene many a family would have gone hungry over a weekend because their agents either has no idea what they are doing or they are blatantly ignorant to their human needs.

I made more money during and after Covid being a waitress than as a RN working in a hospital. I made $300 a day sometimes $500 cash and I worked for 5 hours. It’s great money and will hold you over

Please let everyone know that Costco donates all their returns. I collect from them and drop off to the Veterans Foreign Wars offices. They donates pots and pans, appliances, clothing, vitamins, condiments on and on. Also every day at 1:30 Einstein bagels throw away all unsold bagels so I collect them and give them away.

The refugee resettlement agencies sell the donated furniture they got for free to the refugees.....they deduct it from their government funds at exaggerated prices.......

These people are ridiculous. They have lost all tethers to a sense of self. Their entire identity now relies on this treasonous hate of America. They make up fantasies of how horrible America never was to justify their need to "fight tyranny." They have no identity but this. And they cling to it with a death grip, because they have nothing else. None of it is true. Not the fantasy about America about which she is shrieking, not her identity of believing herself to be some "hero" in a movie about an oppressive government, and not the resulting congress-free, senate-free, President-free, childish (and completely chaotic) future she sees for this country. She is an infant. She and others like her will not get their way. Not even close. If you have a modicum of common sense, it's time to let your line in the sand about tolerance be made known. Good evening my lovelies! The Capresse Flatbread won! My air fryer is the very best! My downfall was fried goods, I love crunch, my biggest factor when choosing. And this baby has saved me 1000s of calories. I like a little sprinkle shown. Life with out a kitchen, keeping it real. I can't wait to get in my new kitchen and do my real clean homemade food!

Day 5 in America. 🇺🇸❤️ Yesterday was another day of firsts. We stopped by Sprouts Farmers Market for some bread, cheese and tomatoes... and somehow came home with a whole cooked chicken too. 🤣 It was delicious! Then we caught the bus downtown to Brenden Theatres to watch Young Washington. A huge thank you to @VChannelling for blessing our family with the movie tickets, popcorn and M&M's. ❤️🙏 Can we just talk about the size of American movie popcorn and drinks?! 😳🍿🥤 I was still sipping my drink two hours after the movie ended. 🤣 The theatre itself was HUGE! The only disappointment of the day? We only spotted the butter flavor station after the movie was over. 🤣 We had no idea you could add butter to your popcorn! Consider us officially educated. Next movie... extra butter. 🍿😅 Another surprise... you can actually buy beer at the movie theatre! 🤣🍺 We definitely weren't expecting that. We stuck with root beer though... and I think it might just have become my new favourite soda. 😍 The movie was fantastic and I'd highly recommend it. I must admit, near the end I felt a little emotional. Sitting there, watching a movie about America's founding while realizing that we're actually living here now... it was a pretty special moment. Those recliner seats though... 😴🤣 I nearly drifted off a couple of times! It felt like an oven outside, then we walked into what felt like a fridge. Next time we'll definitely wear warmer clothes... or, as my daughter said, "I'm bringing a blanky!" 😂 When the movie finished, we tried getting a Lyft back to the motel, but the app didn't want to cooperate, so we tried Uber instead. Since there are five of us, we had to order an XL. A Ford Expedition pulled up. Oh. My. Word. 🤣 What an absolutely gorgeous vehicle! It was beyond luxurious, incredibly spacious, and probably the most comfortable ride we've ever had. We looked at each other and just started laughing because for a few minutes we genuinely felt like celebrities. 😂 One thing that still amazes us... it was around 8:30 p.m. when we came out of the theatre and it was still daylight. We keep looking at each other and saying, "How is the sun still up?" 😂 Every day here teaches us something new, and we're loving every minute of this new adventure. ❤️🇺🇸
