Es kommt mir immer noch völlig surreal vor, dass ich es als Arbeiterkind aus einer armen Familie wirklich geschafft habe, Millionär zu werden.
Mein Portfoliowert ist 1,17 Mio€ Wert mit einem Plus von 151,69% ✅
Früher war ich überzeugt, dass so etwas nur mit einem Lottogewinn oder durch die Gründung eines eigenen Unternehmens möglich sei.
Umso dankbarer bin ich, dass Menschen wie Markus Koch mich überhaupt erst auf die Börse aufmerksam gemacht haben.
Danke, Kapitalismus, du hast es möglich gemacht. Dieses System hat Milliarden Menschen aus der Armut geholt.
Er hat mehr dazu beigetragen, Leid zu lindern und das Leben der Menschen zu verbessern, als sich irgendeiner seiner Kritiker jemals hätte vorstellen können.

We haven’t even gotten the details yet, so how are you already jumping on the conclusion that it’s a bad capital raise?
Given management’s track record, we’ll likely get 0-1% annual coupons & a decent 20-30% conversion premium. Which all things considered would be stellar.
It’s perma bears like you who are missing the forrest for the trees, not the other way around.

They just signed a 5-year, $3.4b contract with $NVDA to deploy 60 MW of air-cooled Blackwell capacity at the company's Childress (TX) campus.

Read the fine lines:

The deal between $IREN and $NVDA means everything for $IREN. Jensen already said: “If we didn’t help CoreWeave $CRWV exist, they would not exist. If we didn’t support $NBIS, they wouldn’t be where they are today. If we didn’t support Nscale, they wouldn’t be where they are today. We invest in our ecosystem because I want our ecosystem to thrive.” The most important part of this deal is not the 5 GW that $IREN can now deploy with $NVDA infrastructure. It’s not the $3.4B that $NVDA will pay for $IREN cloud services over the next 5 years. It’s the fact that $NVDA now has a vested interest in seeing $IREN succeed. That changes everything. Huge news for all $IREN shareholders.

$IREN just dropped $625M in stock to acquire Mirantis. If you are paying attention to the NeoCloud space, this is a glaring red flag. 🚩
This move exposes two core issues with their pivot:
1. The Dilution Engine Keeps Running
They are financing their transition from BTC mining to AI data centers at the direct expense of shareholder equity.
2. Lack of Native Technical DNA
They are bolting on an external Kubernetes orchestration provider because they couldn't build a true AI software stack in-house.
Real NeoClouds build organic, full-stack infrastructure. Paying a massive premium to paper over operational gaps is a dangerous strategy for long-term equity holders.
Are they buying a real AI stack, or just buying time?
