This week, the International Disability Alliance joins the G20 Empowerment of Women Working Group (EWWG) Ministerial Meeting in Johannesburg, South Africa —reaffirming that disability inclusion is essential to women’s empowerment and social justice worldwide. During the two-day programme, ministers and global leaders will gather to advance inclusive approaches to ending harmful practices and violence against women, financial inclusion, and care and support, which will culminate in the EWWG Declaration. #G20SouthAfrica #DisabilityInclusion #WomenWithDisabilities #OPDs

A big step forward for disability rights in Africa! The @ADFSecretariat (ADF) has been granted Observer Status by the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights (ACHPR).
