@AmazonHelp I have checked and they have mentioned till 21st to wait. But it's completely you're fault you have sent me an Wrong product. Due to this my refund is getting delayed for you poor service. Almost 9 days have passed till now no pickup. Who's fault is this?

Ordered orient but Wrong product received havells. Return already requested, but pickup is being delayed repeatedly(1 week). Support is not providing any proper resolution and keeps saying they will escalate. This is very disappointing, should I stop buying @AmazonHelp
