Ordered a set of 3 trolley bags from @myntra @MyntraSupport but received only 1. Now Myntra is forcing a return + refund instead of providing replacement/missing items. I purchased this during sale. Refund is not a fair resolution. Please resolve this properly. Screenshot attach

@VIPBagsIndia very bad service from VIP. My Trolley is under warranty I claim for exchange. The company was exchanged my Trolley with very bad colour. And poor quality and now the company offer me to repair my oldest Trolley, but I don’t want to repair.

I reported on 03.03.2026 that my Knockout LP Backpack (Navy Blue), bought from Chembur D’Mart on 15.10.2025 for ₹2699 has severe zipper stitching damage within months and is now unusable. It is still under the 12-month warranty Kindly arrange repair or replacement @VIPBagsIndia
