@Jazzthornton_ A phrase that sadly so many incredibly brave and courageous people have told me has been said to them. It silences and stops people reaching out. We need to change ‘attention seeking’ to ‘attention needing’, we all need attention. Thanks for the work you are doing @Jazzthornton_

Some people don’t realise how difficult it can be living with mental illness. Like imagine having a broken leg and having to get up everyday and walk around on it pretending that it’s fine. Then imagine trying to ask for help for your leg and being told you’re attention seeking.
