The President’s threat that “a whole civilization will die tonight” cannot be excused away as an attempt to gain leverage in negotiations with Iran.
This type of rhetoric is an affront to the ideals our nation has sought to uphold and promote around the world for nearly 250 years. It undermines our long-standing role as a global beacon of freedom and directly endangers Americans both abroad and at home.
The oppressive, terror-spreading regime of the Islamic Republic must be distinguished from the people and the civilization of Iran. Everyone involved—especially the President and Iran’s leaders—must de-escalate their unprecedented saber-rattling before it is too late.

Stephanie Kenny-Velasquez entered the U.S. illegally from Venezuela in December 2021 and applied for asylum. Her husband, Christopher Busby, is a U.S. citizen and serves as an Army Black Hawk pilot. She was taken into custody during one of her hearings. A federal judge recently ruled that ICE violated her due process rights and ordered her released within 48 hours. The judge also said ICE cannot detain her again unless they can show she is a flight risk or a danger to the public. Her asylum case is still ongoing. Having a husband in the military doesn't change the law. Crossing the border illegally is a crime. That makes her a criminal. It's really that simple.

I don't use a Weber, so my advice may not be useful.
My grill is ceramic, and has two thick heat dispersion baffles between the meat and fire. That makes my fire management much different.
These are two 15 pound (before trimming) briskets. My grill is 19" x 25". I would try to get a whole brisket, not just the flat--but that may not be possible, given the size of your grill.
