But on 3 different occasions I discussed same issue with her she maintains she won’t apologise to me cos she hasn’t done wrong

@odogwu_ogidi I agree, it’s not an advisable move. But my guy is still living happily with his wife that he returned to after 4 years of separation and fathering a daughter outside. My ex’s parent’s did it too, they separated for 7 yrs and came back. The man died of cancer just last year at 74

I am getting multiple & credible reports that a senior cabinet adviser with responsibility for security matters in Anambra State, who supervised the enforcement action against Chukwudozie Nwangwu - better known as Akwa Okuko Tiwara Aki - has been intensely canoodling with Akwa Okuko's young spouse while the ex-Native Doctor serves time in prison. If this is true, it gives new meaning to #DoubleJeopardy & is the kind of impunity & #SelfDealing that brings government into disrepute. #AkwaOkuko may justly be serving time for violations of criminal law but interference with his domestic & marital arrangements is not part of the stipulated punishment, & surely not for the benefit or at the instigation of the person in government who oversaw proceedings against him. I am confident that Gov. @CCSoludo will investigate this & ensure that the responsible officer of his government is called to order fortwith.

These tears don't move me, though. This is a classical example of a boy whose mind was biased by his mom. First of all, his mom was selfish. When she realised that going from oregun to bariga was a problem, why not discuss with your husband to find the best solution? She arrived at a solution all by herself and then went about trying to impose it on the man. Like most men would, he refused. First failure. Next, she went ahead with her decision, all by herself. She split her family by her own hands. By the boy's own words, she "forcefully" took he and his sibling away and moved to the new location without her husband. The worst thing you can do to a man is to forcefully separate him from the seeds of his loins. Second failure. Now, the boy is saying that for 7 years, he did not see his father. Yes, in such situations, the boy would usually not know the battles that have been fought in the background. Men don't talk. In most of such cases, after fighting hard, the man would usually resign himself to "when the kids come of age, they'll try and find out the truth." Well, this boy is of age, and I doubt he tried to find out the truth. Again, he said the man "wasn't paying rhr fucking rent." Well, when the woman left with the kids, I assume he kept living at oregun by himself. So who was paying the rent for him? Did he become homeless? The woman removed herself from the man's protection by herself, and once that happened, he had no obligation to continue to offer protection. Mind you, according to Nigeria laws, separation from your spouse for up to 2-3 years is usually required before a divorce can be granted. She was separated from her husband for up to 15 years AGAINST his wish. As far as the Nigerian law is concerned, they were eligible for divorce, and you can not expect a man to keep offering protection in a case where he did not know what the next move would be. The boy will grow and get married and have his own children someday. He should wait until then so that he can do with his own marriage and family as he desires.
