⚡️📣After the success of our previous pathology foundation models UNI (rdcu.be/dBMgh) and CONCH (rdcu.be/dBMf6), we are now announcing TITAN (arxiv.org/abs/2411.19666), a new state-of-the-art whole slide level foundation model trained on >330k pathology slides using a diverse set of neoplastic, infectious, and inflammatory cases and corresponding captions synthetically generated via PathChat (nature.com/articles/s4158…) our generative AI co-pilot for pathology. Preprint: arxiv.org/pdf/2411.19666 Code: github.com/mahmoodlab/TIT… Download Model: huggingface.co/MahmoodLab/TIT… Blog from @TongDing99: lnkd.in/eRdbpjAM Congratulations to our superstar trainees: @TongDing99 @sophiajwagner @GreatAndrew90 @richardjchen

Tingying Peng (@p_tingying) of @HelmholtzMunich presented MemBrain v2, “an end-to-end tool for analysis of membranes in cryo-electron tomography” #FEMPL3

Join us at our poster T64 at #MICCAI2024 to talk about DinoBloom 🦖🌺 the first feature extractor in hematology for bloodsmears🩸 All models are available at github.com/marrlab/DinoBl… Developed w @ValentinKoch_, supervised by @p_tingying @MarrCarsten @HelmholtzMunich @TU_Muenchen

Excited to introduce DinoBloom🦖🌺, an open-source foundation model family (Vit-S to G) for general cell embeddings in #hematology🩸 Trained w mod. #DINOv2 on 13 datasets w 380,000+ WBC images of blood & bonemarrow. Evaluated on AML subtype & cell classification (knn, lin probe)
