Things I learned that took me from start up to scale:
1) Find your own path, don't just do what others do.
2) Get great at something and become known for it.
3) Share successful actions with others, it will make your understand it better and validate it can be scaled.
4) Repeat activities that worked. Don't be tempted to do new things that just for the sake of new things.
5) Invest in Marketing and never stop marketing.
6) Learn to sell and build sales systems to maximize revenue.

Fantastic breakdown here. $OUST has the advantage of an administration that is focused on industrialisation and strategic national sovereignty. It will continue to now be benefitted by more and more policy such as the LiDAR Act and the BUILD AMERICA 250 act.
The market is yet to weigh in the impact of such policy being passed. Looks like $OUST x $RIVN soon...

Very interesting that @Rivian officially denied Robosense as its LiDAR supplier nor it will assemble Chinese LiDAR in the U.S. eletric-vehicles.com/rivian/rivian-… It makes zero sense for Rivian to rely on Chinese sensors given the growing legislative and regulatory push against Chinese technology in critical systems like Lidar. We already have the best lidar at @ousterlidar @RJScaringe Note that @ousterlidar’s Chronos chip was successfully taped out last year and has been in integration and testing ever since. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Ouster’s DF on Rivian down the road. DF remains the only true solid state LiDAR that can see long range. That said, I think DF mass production likely won’t start until late 2027 or early 2028. But Ouster has been so secretive so who knows. $OUST
