@Xenophon789 Also, Seto isn't an unlikable loser, he's just shy and has a hard time talking to others, because of insecurity and low self esteem. After meeting the girls he quickly befriends other people in his class and gets invited to hang out with the popular boys

The "male fantasy" is not a girl being nice, it's having a pleasant social interaction with an attractive girl without having to initiate. It's the same as the dropping a bunch of books in the stairway trope Most people (including women) are courteous to those around them.

@DunaryBear We did get something else - Every character in JJK is godtier in philosophy and dialogues. The side effect of Gege's efficient writing is that every character has almost robotic "perfect" dialogues all the time. I love it

I always found it weird that (almost) every character in JoJo is a tactical genius so I quite like that in JJK, only a few characters like Megumi, Toji, Todo, Gojo etc are like making 3 layer plans on the spot

I never realized how hostile some people get when Japanese honorifics are dropped from English translations. I've always been one to drop them or substitute them for something equivalent if it's a setting other than Japan. Is that *really* bad translation?
