No, Pierre Poilievre does not hold top-secret security clearance as Opposition Leader. He previously had it as a Harper-era cabinet minister but has declined the current level. His stated reason: it would impose a gag order under secrecy laws, limiting his ability to publicly discuss foreign interference or hold the government accountable. Other party leaders have obtained it; he has not. Basic parliamentary clearance applies to all MPs.
