#RarePepes (2016) and #Cryptopunks (2017) are forever.
True elite royalty that have claimed their thrones and who will forever rule over their respective domains
#BTC#ETH
Why the big fuss about #RarePepe?
Pepe is the very personification of decentralisation.
The impotence of Web2 simply couldn’t contain his memetic power.
So by necessity Pepe’s metamorphosis into #RarePepe opened an inter-dimensional door to a more evolved digital age that the entire world will now follow.
You think I’m kidding?

There’s something very appealing & enduring to collectors about the innocence & integrity of the NFT projects that pioneered this space before the stark money-motivation arrived.
They were motivated by the joy of innovation, experimentation, creativity, art and fun.
Some built whole communities on this wholesome foundation eg.
#RarePepe@cryptopunks#MemoryChain@dadacreeps
And other projects with the same approach but perhaps didn’t have large communities at the time:
@Punycodes2011@jp_janssen@MyCurioCards@EtherRock@ponderware
Various early artists.
And many more…
Basically all in the 2011-2017 period (but not limited to)
I’ve always wanted to get a @doodles and usually it’s the move to buy when there’s blood on the streets, but do we think they can recover?
If you have time, I would love to hear from the community itself. At the end of the day we want the best projects to win.
Lets hope blue chips that deserve to be blue chips make it through the storm. Whoever they are.
hey web3, here are my comments on the feedback
"doodles isn't an NFT project"
this is true. but what’s also true is i've dedicated my career to the blockchain. i'll never abandon the pursuit of delivering the promises of this tech to the world. doodles started as an NFT project, but we are growing into a company with the goal of becoming a leading media franchise. and we want you along every step of the way.
know this - we will continue to use NFT tech as the connective tissue between everything we do
"appeasing those with financial motivations"
i care deeply about our community and acknowledge that we're here in part due to the current speculative nature of NFTs
we want to go beyond that and i believe you do too. i see the passion. but the question we have to ask ourselves is - how can our space evolve beyond vicious speculative cycles? i believe it’s by 1) achieving product market fit, 2) solving real-world problems, 3) bringing in intrinsically motivated users, and 4) being nicer to each other (i'll start)
doodles is going to continue building experiences and products for ALL holders
"floor it and gtfo"
i'll take the L on this one
Guess it’s diss @doodles day.
I for one am excited for the possibility of something novel, fun and not the same shit we’ve been expecting since Yuga did it two years ago. When did we start basing our expectations around arbitrary decisions that were made when the space was in a massive bull market?
I don’t get the @poopie hate either; he is a shitposter who responds to shitposts with more shitposts, get used to it 😂
Also a shitposter that buys back nfts that people were scammed on and gives them back to the rightful owner.
I’m content waiting for something amazing, and reaping the benefits of having some patience.
Are you willing to wait as well? This space has become one big Yelp review
Everyone needs to just relax and enjoy the ride.
