@Brandon_Beaber Great! Does the study include data on b cells and clinical or radiological activity in EID vs SID?

meta analysis of 17 studies on b-cell depleters (rituximab, briumvi, ocrevus) standard vs. extended interval dosing (taking it less often) have comparable results in terms of relapse rates and MRI activity, though no major difference in serious infections pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41890616/

DANCE Syndrome A rare, severe neurotoxic condition in young children (usually <5 years) caused by acute dextromethorphan ingestion, characterized by sudden, profound neurological dysfunction and specific MR imaging findings of cytotoxic edema in the cerebellum. It presents with rapid onset unresponsiveness, resembling a com. Mimics the opioid-related POUNCE syndrome but is specifically associated with cough syrup misuse or accidental overdose. Prompt recognition and treatment—potentially involving ICU support, and in some cases, naloxone or steroids—are crucial for a good prognosis. ajnr.org/content/46/2/3…

Do you know the difference between Optic perineuritis (OPN) and Optic neuritis (ON)? OPN is a orbital inflammatory disease characterized by inflammation of the optic nerve sheath. It is associated with infections or inflammatory diseases like Temporal arteritis, Sarcoidosis or vasculitis. OPN shows a 'tram-track' sign on Contrast axial images and a 'Donut' sign on coronal imaging. Optic neuritis, which is more common, involves only the myelin sheath of the optic nerve in classic CNS demyelinating diseases like. MS, NMO or MOG. ON shows a more uniform enhancement of the optic nerve

INCREDIBLE! 😱 A few years ago, I decided to post my teaching on social media, and now just 3 years later, I’ve been selected as Most effective radiology educator by Aunt Minnie!! Thank you to Aunt Minnie and to all of you! I taught like this for years but it was only when all of YOU started sharing my content that I was able to really reach people and make a difference! Each one of you made this possible and I’m so grateful!!! @AuntMinnie

@drbarrysinger Very unusual indeed. This is very different from accidental exposure early in pregnancy.
