So this was a huge spark play for @ASUSoftball in the 5th inning Just look how Kaylee Pond responded to being hit by a pitch it's an Emphatic Bat Spike That paired with EIU kicking the ball around& not being able to throw runners out on grounders completed the comeback #ForksUp

I honestly don’t know why I go back to reading ASU message boards to see what is said about softball. The handful of people there have to be the most obtuse fans out there. “The pitchers are bad, Meg should go” …. Team is 13-2 with a 2.79 ERA. SMH 🤦‍♂️
