@Chuckforevver Would bet there will be lots more military grade firearms moving across the border as we get closer to the Alberta vote.

To me, this U.S. administration has engaged in a reckless, unilateral conflict, abandoning rational, allied-led foreign policy for a dangerous, un-thought-out war in Iran. By disrupting global energy supplies through unnecessary escalation, they have caused fuel prices to skyrocket and fueled a cost-of-living crisis that is punishing Canadian consumers and small businesses alike. The devastation is not temporary; even with a prospective end to this conflict, Americans and Canadians alike face permanent, high-cost energy realities, essentially forcing working families to pay an massive, ongoing penalty for this administration’s catastrophic, arrogant, and ill-conceived actions. ... Seriously, how much longer will we watch this reckless, short-sighted leadership destroy economic security and drain the wallets of hard-working people for their personal geopolitical game? Just my opinion. 🇨🇦

So I was at a cafe in central London today and at a table right behind me were 3 Iranian women. I could hear them conversing in Farsi. Somehow we got up to leave at the same time, and they asked me if I was from Iran. I told them that I was from Pakistan. One said, “Pakistani people are so nice.” I asked them if everything was ok with their families in Iran, and they said, no - the bombing is incessant. We all cursed Netanyahu together and I told them Iran was putting up an impressive fight. They said they were proud of their country. It was a touching moment of solidarity among complete strangers. Specially since at first I thought they may be part of the Pahlavi diaspora. But they were actually genuine Iranians abroad, concerned for their country and family.

The US has probably lost many soldiers in the attempt to rescue the F-15 pilot. We await confirmation, all I see now is propaganda of "Successful extraction", we wait and see if the Iran trap worked successfully.

Steven MacKinnon: "We've identified a 10km wide corridor. And some politicians, Mr. Poilievre, like to pretend that that is the amount of land that Alto is going to require. That is not the case. It is a 60m wide corridor stretching from Quebec City to Toronto."

The US: 2 US C-130 planes that were sent to rescue the pilots got stuck in sand in Iran and our military destroyed them so that Iran won't capture them. IRGC: The 2 C-130 planes were shot down by us and were not destroyed by the US military. WE SHOT THEM DOWN. I believe in Iran's version of the story because many of the rescue team were injured. If the planes weren't shot down, how come the crew members were injured?? Connect the dots...

MAiD has become a slippery slope... My birth mother used it, but then, she had lung cancer, heart was toast, 100% oxygen and kidney failure, her body was starting to shut down and she was in agony. In her case MAiD shortened her life, maybe by a week or so. She was terminal. But, now, MAiD is being pushed for depression and other ailments that could be treated. But then, MAiD only costs the government about $2,400 so it it's more cost effective than treating the patient.

Take a 102-year-old man from his home in Canada and you risk never seeing him alive again. That’s the MAID reality families fear. @OPP_News show up in Tillsonburg with a court order. Son: “Not opening the door. Break it if you have a warrant. It’s under appeal.” The father is clear: he’ll die where he chooses. He sounds clear and rational to me. The dispute? Sister wants the farm. Father wants to stay. She alleges dementia, son says he is clear and rational. Police are caught in the middle. But enforcing a Thursday night order on Good Friday with no time for legal response is dirty pool. In the end the officers leave because they are not going to kick down the door and the son knows it. The son also says he doesn't trust the police or the courts. These days, I don't blame him at all.

@Cynthia95001250 @DonaldBestCA @OPP_News I once believed in MAID as a choice for severe suffering & terminal impending death. Not anymore! Now it has evolved to something dark & horrific. Suddenly people with more than one morbidity qualify. MAID pts are harvested for organs like beef. MAID is romanticized & normalized

@DonaldBestCA @OPP_News No one is abducting the elderly to do them in with MAID. You should be ashamed. MAID is a blessing to people who are dying in agony.

It's clear the United States is not a safe place to travel for the foreseeable future while an organized crime cabal runs the govt. Don't travel to the United States because: 1. The air traffic system isn't as safe as it should be. 2. You may be detained in a concentration camp. 3. Vaccine preventable diseases are exploding with minimal monitoring. 4. As a foreigner you will be constantly harassed. 5. It's too expensive. 6. Major terrorist attacks on the US homeland may be imminent. 7. Corruption is rampant.

Imagine if a country attacked U.S. soil and killed 150 of our children. What would happen to that country? Are the lives of Iranian children not important to the world? Where is the outrage, the sanctions, the bans, and the isolation directed at the United States? How long can we pretend that we actually care about international law and order?
