@MIFI_QC MIFI says we haven't put hold on file processing, whereas, IRCC says it is the MIFI who has not given us approval after 31 March and we are waiting a confirmation from MIFI to give results. Stop playing blame games and future of students. #JusticeForQuebecStudents
