Клетчатка. Все говорят что нужна, давайте немного узнаем про нее.
Есть два типа и они делают разные вещи.
Растворимая (пектин, инулин, бета-глюкан).
Попадает в кишечник, набухает, образует гель. Замедляет всасывание сахара, кормит бактерии (пребиотик), снижает холестерин. Даёт примерно 1.5-2 ккал на грамм.
Где искать: овсянка, яблоки, цитрусовые, бобовые.
Нерастворимая (целлюлоза, лигнин).
Не переваривается вообще. Просто проходит транзитом, собирает воду, ускоряет моторику. 0 ккал.
Где искать: отруби, цельнозерновой хлеб, капуста, орехи.
Норма ВОЗ: 25-30г в день. Средний россиянин ест 12-15г. То есть дефицит примерно в два раза, но я бы к норме ВОЗ еще накидывал чуть сверху, так как это общая (средняя норма)
Интересный момент с этикетками. На российской упаковке клетчатка входит в строку "углеводы".
Но это не углевод в привычном смысле, она не усваивается как гречка или фруктоза.
Поэтому если вы считаете кбжу, из углеводов на этикетке можно вычесть клетчатку, получите "чистые углеводы" которые реально идут в энергию.
В этом плане я люблю с утра протеиновый батончик закидывать, там тоже может быть 10-15 грамм сразу!

I feel that opposition to AI is being misdirected toward a local environmentalist positioning, like other environmentalist concerns.
The problem with this angle is that it misses the point. Ban some datacenter in your city and they'll just build the center in a neighboring city.
AI is not a local issue and the effects it will have on future generations will be national and international.
It's time we engage in limiting what AI can do at national and international scales. First and foremost, stop the editing of human genes to avoid a phenotypic revolution.

I'm trying to understand Dugin's rant here. Part of me thinks he's channeling Sliogeris, who said European man was the son of Nihil because he cannot experience anything without smothering it in names and ideas and concepts (nihil), signifying everything except the experience.

I have always felt bad for Dugin. Watching your daughter and best friend get atomized by an attack that was meant for you has got to weigh heavy on any man's soul. It's not the kind of thing you ever truly recover from.
