NEW: At Varicon Aqua we have a suite of FDM 3D printers to allow for the rapid production of prototypes, components and jigs. With our industrial scale printer we are able to produce large-scale components, ultimately allowing us to bring advanced design concepts into reality.

We would like to thank the organising committee and speakers at the 2020 BPS conference at Plymouth University for a great event. Jake's talk about his research and innovation activities was very well received!

Our most recent project, completed last week for Algae Bulgaria. The system combines a 20 m3, quadriplex Phyco-Flow with a 28 m3 high rate Phyco-Pond for the production of high quality fresh #Spirulina. We wish Ivo and his team all the best with the expanded production capacity!

Day 7 of the 20 m3 Phyco-Flow #photobioreactor installation for Algae Bulgaria. Footings leveled, framework completed, 1532 glass tubes (8.5 km) fitted and connected with compression couplers over a 12 hour shift. Next up: Plumbing, manifold pipework, pumps and control system!

The latest photograph of two new Phyco-Flow #photobioreactor systems installed in Switzerland for start-up SPlus. Featuring integrated LED lighting for 24/7 cultivation of high value #microalgae for nutriceutical applications.

We are excited to announce the recent completion of two bespoke pilot scale Phyco-Lift photobioreactors. The airlift systems have working volumes of 1.5 m3 and 3 m3 respectively, and benefit from linear scale up principles. We wish our client all the best with their R&D program!
