L BC AVF. Pre-op US ok. Pulsatile after anastomosis completed. On-table US showed sclerotic mid arm cephalic vein. Rx with on-table US guided fistuloplasty with a Sterling 5/60mm POBA via direct vein puncture. Puncture site repaired with prolene 8/0. Anyone would do different?

@drjunjieng I have also encountered similar situation on couple of occasions. You did right thing. Post operative would keep this patient on injectable anticoagulant for a week and regular follow ups
