@hoomon26 @wiley_canuck I do wonder if the truest “rebound” for Petey is to be a solid, 2way second line centre. Overpaid, 100%. But dependable in that spot once we draft or sign a true 1C.

@wiley_canuck I thinkbyour assessment of Gardlands worth is spot on. But the only rationale for trading him now for a light return is his NTC that's about to kick in. With Petey, your potentially largest asset, you should be patient. Let his value rebound with McKenna or Stenberg.

I’m seeing a lot of sighs at the idea of the Vancouver Canucks potentially having Ivar Stenberg over Gavin McKenna on their draft board. I’m genuinely curious as to why? Is it nationality? Is it projection? Skill set? I think both are incredible players, so just interested to hear.
