Y’all my sons’ best girl friend came over to hang today and the minute she walked in the door she hugged me and said into my ear: I need to talk to you in private. Ok girly. Y’all, she started her period this morning for the first time and her Mom is out of town with the military and she told her older sister, but she didn’t want to ask her Dad for pads. I only have boys. And they knew something was up, and she kind of danced around it for a bit then told them. Y’all when I tell you we were going all out in that drug store. The boys were hunting down chocolate and heating pads while I was going over pad options with her. They have been feeding her and watching movies and playing video games with her all afternoon. I never thought I’d get to guide a young girl through her first visit from Aunt Flo!! And I’m so thankful she felt comfortable enough with me and my boys to let us help. 💜

@Chinmayi This is what happens when culture is sole responsibility of girls.Women were asked to wear sari after marriage, do fast for good health of husband.Serve the other family members cook n clean for them. Men in India share no cultural and moral responsibility in home ,only economic

@MANGBharDo I believe any dish with thick gravy is called curry by outsiders, while to us it's Panir ki sabji, for them Panir curry, Chicken curry , Aalu curry etc. It's to our Indian restaurants who haven't given these dishes their local name but just went with curry

I am seeing a lot of hate against women these days regarding marital rape and consent. Some people are even arguing as if it is a man’s right. Let me explain it in simple terms: He: Let’s do it She: Yes, sure Both agree, so this is called love. He: Let’s do it She: Not today He: Okay, fine This is called respect. He: Let’s do it She: Not today He still forces it This is called marital rape. In most houses, the man takes financial responsibility, and the woman takes care of the home and family. Both have responsibilities, so there is no such thing as him having more rights over her. It’s all about consent. NO MEANS NO.

The mother pleaded with the court to stop her ex-husband from seeing their daughters. The judge denied her. He killed all three children. Yet somehow, the blame is still placed on the mother. It is no surprise this article was written by a man.

Watching K-dramas also made me realize how structured things are in South Korea. A lot of jobs actually require licenses and certifications, not just the big professions. Even roles like real estate agents have exams you must pass before you can practice. And for many skilled trades like plumbing or electrical work, you need proper training or certification too. Even street food isn’t taken lightly. Vendors are expected to maintain high hygiene standards, and if you’re not clean enough, you can easily get reported or shut down by health authorities. Honestly, there’s so much structure in how things work there, it’s actually impressive
HR Sis@seyithemie

I actually love how Korean dramas fully immerse you in the careers they portray. The processes feel real, the terminology is accurate, and there are always subtle lessons woven in. You’re entertained and learning at the same time.

Nitin Gadkari ji says "A new AI-driven toll system will capture photos of number plates & deduct toll amount directly from bank accounts". So why can’t we use same technology to capture photos of potholes & deduct salaries of govt employees? Accountability can't be one sided!

You know what's very interesting to me?there's also this guy in Chiraiya.Vinay is not perfect. He realizes that and admits it. He loves his wife,is not disappointed by a girl child and calls his brother out when truth came out. But smh most men can't relate to him. They are only-

Chiraiya on Hotstar is completely biased propaganda against men.. >To understand the story, focus on three characters: Pooja, who is the victim in a love marriage; Arun, who is Pooja’s husband; and Kamlesh, who is the wife of Arun’s brother... >In this, Arun is shown as someone who is asking his wife Pooja for sex even during her periods. Because of this, Pooja even ends up hurting herself with a blade in pvt part. Arun is portrayed as being obsessed with sex all the time. I mean, if you are showing the story of a psycho, then why are you presenting it in a way that makes it seem like society as a whole is like this? >In this series, the story of a sex-obsessed psycho is shown, but it ends up pointing fingers at society as a whole. It portrays arranged marriage as completely wrong and gives the impression that men, in general, are driven only by lust..but Then during Navratri, when condom sales increase so much, it’s hard to understand whose lust and desire is actually driving that.. >The ironic thing is that Arun’s brother’s wife, Kamlesh, is shown in such a way that Arun’s brother massages her feet and listens to everything she says. It feels like the series is defining a ‘good man’ as someone who just serves his wife and obeys her..just like a puppet >In my opinion, if this series is viewed as a psycho-thriller, then it’s fine..but these things don’t really fit or reflect society as a whole..

It honestly scares me how many ppl are actually buying into this whole "DMD brainwashing" narrative. Like y'all DMD is literally known for hiring queer people in every department. Makeup artists, directors, writers, managers… so why is it suddenly a reach to think they'd hire queer actors too? If I was a young artist and saw a company that actually felt like a safe space for queer people obviously I'd choose to go there. And to the people saying these actors "changed"… are you the exact same person you were 5 or 10 years ago? Has your style never changed at all? Most of them are in their early 20s. That is literally the phase where people are figuring themselves out as adults. For a lot of queer people that self discovery doesn't even happen during their teenage years because of society or family pressure. Some people only start understanding themselves in their 20s, 30s or even later. So maybe instead of accusing them try asking why they only feel safe enough to show that side of themselves now. Society is still so homophobic, it's not that hard to understand. Honestly the way people criticize men for being more feminine just proves exactly why so many are afraid to be themselves in the first place. What really shocks me is seeing this from people who follow the BL industry. Isn't this supposed to be one of the most supportive communities??
nini saw lykn ᥫ᭡.@pttpbug

'dmd to feminise por' 'hope they don't do that with him' why are we acting like these actors are forced to become more feminine when really they're now just comfortable enough to show their feminine side more ?

The men defending this scene in #Chiraiya are clueless about a woman body. Forced sex without arousal, consent & lubrication can lead to vaginal tearing, severe inflammation, excruciating pain & tissue damage in her private parts. Marriage isn't a license to mutilate. NO MEANS NO

Shame on those criticizing Narendra Modi over the falling rupee and failed foreign policy. Let’s be honest, you didn’t vote for economic wisdom or diplomatic strength. You voted out of hate carefully cultivated and amplified by BJP and RSS. The whole nation is paying heavily for such idiocy.

Strange how both the govts of India and Pakistan are pro USIS, but the people in both countries are rooting for Iran. Can't recall the last time India and Pak were in agreement and RTing each other. Maybe Trump can solve the Indo-Pak conflict by uniting them in bashing the US. 😜

@allenanalysis Correct your statement, India is not a Nato nation, it has never given any land for USA base ever in past, present or future, that's the reason India is withstanding so much tarrif from USA than USA allies such as Pakistan and Bangladesh. So don't say India lured Iran.

🚨THIS IS INSAAANNEEE: Iranian warship was invited to India’s MILAN 2026 naval exercises. Its sailors marched in a parade. They stood beside American sailors. Then the US withdrew from the exercise. Then they torpedoed the ship on its way home. Then they left the sailors to drown. Sri Lanka recovered the bodies. This is not warfare. There is a word for luring a guest into your home and killing them on the way out. We have video of the IRIS Dena contingent marching in Vishakhapatnam on February 19th. We have the US withdrawal on record. We have 80+ sailors dead and a Sri Lankan navy doing the recovery work America refused to do. And the American media response has been indifference. Girls’ schools bombed. Carpet-bombing Tehran floated like a policy option. A Marine’s hand broken for saying no in public. When cruelty becomes strategy and atrocity becomes routine — the people who stay silent become part of it. Say their names.
