@currys shame on your customer service you took my money for a brand new laptop sent me a refurbished one. You got the improper one back and all I want is my new replacement, haven't had a laptop since Friday and now I'm told a manager is not available to speak to me for 48 hrs

@VirginAtlantic Total shambolic assistance today. Left an 84 year old who paid premium and booked assistance to cater for herself! Missed her pick up and had to pay for another one. Arrival at T3 2.36pm today having waited for assistance which was a no show got to arrival 5pm
