𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | Malema’s remarks place a target on legal practitioners – Solidarity demands action
The Solidarity Law Network strongly condemns statements made by Julius Malema in which he openly labelled Magistrate Twanet Olivier a “racist of note.” He also insulted Public Prosecutor Joel Cesar, accused him of misconduct and lies and suggested that a case of perjury should be opened against him.
Malema was recently found guilty and sentenced to five years’ imprisonment after discharging a firearm at a political gathering in 2018. He was, among other charges, convicted of the unlawful possession of a firearm and discharging it in a public space.

@mampapatla6 @eNCA care to explain which aspect of the law is being ignorantly narrated here?
English

@Vena_tions @eNCA Your ignorance of the basic law is worrying

@Blessed11587260 @eNCA 😂 😂 They can play that movie in the afrikaaner toilet. For now they are going to be persuit to be fired both of them. That's illegal of the defence is not present
English

@Vena_tions @eNCA They discuss that behind closed doors.
Watch more law movies.
English

Th whole interview is about how they miss @EFFSouthAfrica.🤣
English

@Newzroom405 @SizweDhlomo Kore this old man,is just showing that he did not get his job by merrit. They are reacting to a post quoting a speech. And you mean to tell me they failed to analyze the entire speech. For sure it is now evidence that the judgemnt was premedited
English

NPA spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago says the EFF should bear responsibility for damage control after an X post went viral threatening the prosecutor in the Julius Malema firearm discharge case.

@Newzroom405 @SizweDhlomo So this people are not worried that the prosecutor knew about the judgement a day before it was read in court? If anything they are the one promoting lawlessness by habouring criminal activities and corruption. What is happening
English

@PeterDermauw Atleast his father showed your fathers he is not afraid to moorer them at Zimbabwe 😂
English

@MfanawaMokoena @SABCNews_Radio @SABCNews True, there is an allegation that the judgment was leaked, and they are not worried about that. Worse, our suspicion is that the prosecutor did not learn about the judgment from the magistrate, but from whoever wrote it from the magistrate since even her could not read it
English

@Vena_tions @SABCNews_Radio @SABCNews You put it so well, but that's not what they want to hear, neither venture into their focus is on the protection of their incompetent prosecutor who saw it fit to throw the holly spirit and grace of God loosely.
English

The National Prosecuting Authority says it condemns threats against a prosecutor in the EFF leader Julius Malema firearm case, warning that intimidation undermines justice and will be investigated with serious consequences.

@leboshadim @SABCNews_Radio @SABCNews sheeem,we talking to adults here,go and ask your mother to breastfeed you if you thirsty and bored
English

@Vena_tions @SABCNews_Radio @SABCNews The person who lied is the one who told the court that he uses the toy gun
English

@patgeoSA @PatL2416 @RiseAgainstEvil They know themselves, and it eats them alive, the guilty in them knows that they time is coming, hence they persecute black leaders. Their day is coming. They know themselves. And even impipis you know yourselves
English

@Blessed11587260 @eNCA How did the prosecutor knew about the judgment a day before it was read,it is the question? Did the judge leak the judgement before,or worse, whoever who wrote the judgment for the judge also gave it to the prosecutor. They will answer all those questions.Viva Malema
English

@Vena_tions @eNCA Sore loser?
Did Malema shoot a gun in public? Yes.
Did he have a licence to do so? No.
Is he guilty? Yes.
So what's your problem?
People need to learn there are consequences for actions.
English

@pookiepolls 😂 she is never going to be a judge again. Malema is coming after her with full mighty. She will have to explain how did the prosecutor knew aboutbher judgement before she read it a day before. Then if she attempts to get a promotion he will be waiting for her in the interviews😂
English

@Martin_ASFL Just like you are also still alive after your parents killed black people, your parents use to rape black woman. But here you are still talking rubbish about black leaders. If justice is letting us down,it started with your kind
English

As is usual, Julius Malema will face not a singular consequence for directly threatening the prosecutor.
Malema knows the "justice system" in South Africa better than anyone else.
He will not spend a day in prison for his firearm offence or for this. Simple.
Gideon Joubert - Paratus 🏴☠️@Paratus2014
It’s a bold strategy Cotton. Let’s see how it works out for him.
English

@Sophie_Mokoena @Lisathe_first @EFFSouthAfrica @Julius_S_Malema The story its about how racist whites justblike during apartheid has trialed a black leader and the life of a black leader was in the hands of an oppressor again. And we as blacks we watch and laugh. When they are persecuting one of us. Blacks must stand against oppression
English

The story of the leader of @EFFSouthAfrica @Julius_S_Malema has gone viral on social media sites and was also reflected on some international networks. It’s important to look at what has led to this when you look at the current global politics.
English

@NadiaFerreira85 @SpokespersonRSA afriforum killed black people, they're raped black woman during apartheid and they still provoke us in our faces that they wish death on us
English

@SpokespersonRSA Afriforum hasn't stolen from the fiscus. Govt officials steal millions every day.
English

@Julius_S_Malema @gndzongana yesterday was very emotional. When you were standing there it was as if those whites were legalizing the killing of us all over again. They kill us during apartheid and they want to kill us again. But they will not succeed this time. We will fight back
English

@MbalulaFikile @elonmusk Has his bunnishment from coming into the country stand into effect yet ?
English

You are deranged to say the least, How do you sanction a democratic state because you can’t get your way through? You can’t bully us @elonmusk we are a sovereign country.
Elon Musk@elonmusk
If South Africa doesn’t change its super racist Apartheid 2.0 laws, the country must be sanctioned
