@thepainguy What I see here is a hitter trying to get his hands inside the baseball. So he can get his barrel to the ball that is up an in. Not every swing is the same. You must adjust to where the ball is at the plate. @O3jfrye #baseball #hitting

Since this might be too subtle for some... If Joey Votto can be successful -- FAR more successful than Jeff Frye -- while breaking one of the rules Jeff Frye was taught, and teaches, then maybe that rule doesn't make sense? Maybe?
