@VenmoSupport I keep receiving emails from Venmo about a quarterly statement — I have never had an account and live in Australia, so can't use other contact options. They seem to be legitimate emails, so I believe someone has registered my email address to their account.

So @VenmoSupport is saying I owe them money because someone who paid me decided to dispute the payment with their bank and won. No opportunity to counter, no warning. This is a terrible precedent. They wrote a description with the payment. How can that be considered unauthorized?
