When the market isn’t looking good, you need to think about what alpha to follow. Many on CT keep grinding on Polymarket, betting on whether wars will end or escalate just to make 70–80% gains. But honestly, sometimes it feels wrong rooting for escalation - at the end of the day, we’re still human. None of us want to see World War 3. lol Right now, @trdEverything is running their $E Public Sale. It’s currently at Phase 1, Stage 7, priced at $0.017, and the 3× multiplier is still active. One interesting thing is that they’re backed by @Humanityprot, a project that raised $50M. For comparison, Monad raised $500M and still trades around $1.2B–$2B FDV even in this rough market. I know some people felt disappointed when they didn’t get the airdrop they expected. But a project doesn’t end after TGE - what matters is the product and long-term vision. Here’s the interesting part: their referral system. If someone you invite starts trading, you get 20% of their points, plus 10% from the people they invite. If $E launches around $50M–$100M FDV, rough scenarios for 100K points could look like: • Bullish: ~$1k–$5k+ • Mid-range: ~$500–$2k • Conservative: ~$100–$500 Not predictions - just a rough idea of how it could play out. week recap (one of the craziest weeks I’ve had) 🤣 > went to Dubai to prepare for the @ShardDubai annual event. > then got stranded because of the Iran-Israel-US tension. UAE was technically safe, but flights started getting messy. > needed to go home for health reasons → panic buying tickets while prices were insane. > UAE → Oman (9 hour trip). > from Oman my route was supposed to be: India → Thailand → Philippines. > plot twist: Philippines passport needs a visa for India. found out at the airport. 🥲 > had a small breakdown, called family, booked a new route: Oman → Thailand. > landed in Thailand… but my baggage stayed in Oman. fml. 🙃 > meanwhile the market was nuking and I’m questioning my career. > finally landed in the Philippines. got held at customs. > went for a check-up and almost got admitted. week full of uncertainties but somehow dodged everything. 😎 market was down that week… but so was I lol. 🤣

这融资给我吓一跳，心想现在行情怎么还有估值 10 亿美金的币圈融资，然后发现披露文件里，是带对赌条款的。 一般币圈融资是 VC 直接打款，后续项目方分批解锁代币。 但这家的投资要求却是，如果 Pharos 后续发币，3 个月内以及后续多个 3 个月期间的代币总市值，低于 7.6 亿美金。 这家名为协鑫新能源的资方，将不会执行对应批次的投资打款。 换句话说，这更像是一种按市场表现，分期投资的行为，如果币价好就继续合作，币价差就不再给钱。 不过这个公告，没有说这家资方的代币后续 Pharos 那边怎么给解锁。

加一老师明显是发现了问题所在，但是我个人认为加一给出的方案没有触及到核心问题。 目前的AI+加密，RWA和其他XX项目的核心问题是他们的市场运营都是围绕加密圈的。 项目方也好，kOL，agency也好，他们给自己定的指标大概了也是围绕市场占有率，流量，代币价格吧。 但是他们面向的对象基本都是加密圈的，具体的我不知道，但是项目方和市场公司绝大部分预算都是给了加密圈的KOL和宣发团队。 但是加密圈的原生用户真的是项目的客户吗？？？？？？ 有没有一种可能，Web3 最大的问题，项目方把投机者当成了用户。 我举一个例子吧，小龙虾的创始人之前也不是币圈的，但是被币圈的人各种蹭，现在极度讨厌币圈，讨厌区块链，我觉得核心原因是因为币圈的原生用户只关心撸毛和炒币 更可怕的是币圈人压根不关系产品，不是产品的用户，非要说的话，他们只能是早期产品的测试人员，项目一旦发币，这批人其实就已经完成使命了。他们不会长期使用产品，也不会成为真正客户。 所以问题就很清晰了，如果一个项目真的想找到用户，顺序应该是： 1️⃣ 先发现真实需求 2️⃣ 再找到真正的用户 3️⃣ 最后才是市场传播 但现在很多 Web3 项目是反过来的： 先做营销 再做叙事 最后才想起来自己还有产品 于是大量 agency 的工作，本质上只有一件事：制造一种虚假的繁荣，流量很多，KOL 很多，数据很好看，但真正的用户在哪里？没有人知道。
