I was about to clean my baby and asked my daughter to pass me the wipes. I said, “Pass me the wipes.” This girl stood up, walked almost to where it was, then turned and said: “Mommy, you did not say please. You have to say please if you want me to get you something”. So I corrected myself, “Please pass me the wipes.” She handed it to me, looked me straight in the eye and said: “Mommy, you did not say thank you.” Then I said, “Thank you so much.” She said, “You’re welcome.” Please, is this my child or my mother? 😂 Because the way she is training me, I’m getting concerned.

I didn’t fully understand what David meant in Psalm 27 when he wrote, “I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living,” until I walked through a season where seeing it felt almost impossible. He wasn’t writing from a place of comfort. David wrote that amid enemies surrounding him, uncertainty, and a season where everything felt like it was working against him. Yet he made a declaration not a wish or a prayer request, but a confident declaration that he would see God’s goodness in this life, not just eventually, but here. I think of that for every woman in a hard season right now, wondering if things will ever turn around or if the goodness is real for others but not for her. It is for you. The goodness is real and coming into your actual life not just your faith life into your relationships, health, finances, peace, and the areas where you’ve waited longest. Stay confident, not because you can see it yet, but because He said it. And what He says doesn’t return void. 🤍

Yes I’ll admit That post about Caesarian section triggered me Because I’m a woman who was in labour for 40 hours I was given the maximum dose of oxytocin three times to induce labour and did not dilate beyond 2cm I was so mentally prepared to push out a human but my body just wouldn’t Which one should I talk about? The intense pain ripping through me every few minutes? Should I talk about how excruciating it is to have doctors check you for dilation while you’re actively in labour? Should I talk about the exhaustion? Should I talk about how that when those who have vaginal delivery have long forgotten CS moms are still grappling with wounds and pain and numbness and tingling from the anaesthetsia? I had my baby in Canada and the nurses kept asking me if I wanted a pain relief I did not want any drug to interfere I was ready to bear the pain and I did I think I have the most supportive husband in the world. He stood there every second with me. Holding my hand. Wincing as Pain coursed through me But he did not feel the pain. Not the physical one. I did. So has every woman who has gone through this When the doctors saw that my contractions were not the “good type”, they said I could get a uterine rupture, I had to be taken for a CS. And everyday I’m grateful to God for the miracle of a CS That a mother who has given her all can still have her baby and they both be fine So sir, when you have had contractions for 40 hours When you have had 7 layers of your body sliced open so you can bring forth children When you have gone months nursing a wound that is layers deep When you’ve been placed on a cold surgical table and cut 7 layers deep For some 4 times. Then come back and have this Conversation with me Thank God for your mother and the long line of women in your family that had vaginal deliveries. But no two women are the same. Don’t put that burden on the woman you would marry. A CS is not a shortcut A CS does not make a woman weak A CS does not happen because you did not pray enough or you’re unlucky A CS is a medical miracle so that women like me especially pre term moms, can come out alive from the mystery that is pregnancy and childbirth Blessings.

If Jesus rose from the dead, Christianity is true. If He didn't, it's false. There is no middle ground. The disciples didn't die for a lie they knew was a lie. Something happened.

"I am just sitting here on my plastic chair, staring at the wall and thanking God. This afternoon, I went to the building site where I’m working as a supervisor. I was supposed to be standing right under the new decking to check the measurements with the boys. Usually, I don’t move until the work is done, but suddenly, I felt this strong urge to go to my car and carry the pure water I bought. I didn't even spend up to two minutes at the car. As I was opening the boot, I heard a sound like a bomb GBOA! I turned around and the entire decking we just finished casting had collapsed. The heavy iron rods and all the wet cement landed exactly where I was standing just a few seconds before. Dust was everywhere, and people were running and shouting. My boys ran to me, crying, thinking I was buried under that cement. When they saw me standing by my car, holding a bag of water, they all fell to their knees. I am a grown man, but I broke down and started crying like a baby. If I didn't move to get that water, they would have been digging my body out from under that iron and stone by now. My wife would have become a widow this afternoon just like that. I am still wearing my dusty boots as I write this. I don’t have much, but I have my life. God really looked at my face today. He sent me on a small errand just to save my life. I couldn't hold this testimony. Truly,, This God is alive! " © Realmz

There’s a hormone called ADH (antidiuretic hormone) that your body releases at night to slow down urine production so your bladder doesn’t fill up too quickly while you’re asleep. That’s the reason you’re able to go hours without needing to pee. But if that hormone level isn’t high enough, or you drink a lot of fluids late, your kidneys keep producing more urine than your bladder can comfortably hold. Once your bladder fills and stretches to its limit, it sends a signal to your brain that it needs to be emptied. Sleep doesn’t block that signal. Your brain moves through lighter and deeper stages, and during the lighter ones, that urge becomes strong enough to wake you up. Bedwetting happens when this system doesn’t fully line up. In many kids, the body may not release enough ADH at night, so they produce more urine than their bladder can hold. At the same time, the signal from the bladder might not be strong enough to wake the brain in time, especially if they’re deep sleepers. A smaller bladder capacity can also make it harder to hold urine through the night. In teens or adults, bedwetting is less common, but when it happens, it’s usually linked to factors like stress, disrupted sleep patterns, certain medical conditions or anything that increases urine production at night. It’s not spiritual, it’s about how the body is regulating hormones, bladder capacity and brain signals during sleep. I hope you've gotten your answer.

When you read the Bible carefully, many of the men who had multiple wives experienced serious trouble in their homes. Take Abraham, the situation with Sarah and Hagar led to tension, jealousy, and eventual separation. Jacob had constant rivalry between Leah and Rachel, which created a divided family. David faced family chaos, including conflict among his children. And Solomon was eventually led away spiritually because of his many wives. God’s design for marriage is one man and one woman. 📌

I once had a delivery rider who kept missing my location. He called three times, sounding frustrated, saying his phone map wasn’t loading properly. I was already annoyed and almost told him to cancel. But then I noticed his voice kept shaking slightly, like he was under pressure. Instead, I decided to walk out and meet him halfway. When I got there, I saw him sitting on his bike staring at the order. He looked exhausted. I asked if he was okay. He hesitated, then said it was his first week on the job and he had already damaged someone’s order earlier that day. If he failed this delivery too, he might be fired. He wasn’t lost he was afraid. I helped him confirm the address, and we delivered it together. Two weeks later, I got a message from the same rider. He said I was the reason he didn’t quit that day and now he had been promoted to team supervisor. Sometimes people don’t need impatience. They need one person who chooses understanding instead.

Even Jesus didn’t do life without the Holy Spirit. From His birth to His ministry, everything about His life was connected to the Spirit. He was conceived by the Spirit, led by the Spirit, and worked in the power of the Spirit. Even though He is the Son of God, He still chose to live in full dependence on the Holy Spirit while on earth. That alone says a lot. It wasn’t weakness, It was the pattern.♥️ So if Jesus didn’t do life independently, why should we try to? Omo! As Believers, the Holy Spirit isn’t optional ooo. He’s our guide, our strength, and our help in a world we can’t navigate on our own. Don’t try to be stronger than the pattern Jesus showed for us. Do life with the Holy Spirit. I wholeheartedly, recommend. ✝️

I’ve been holding onto Isaiah 60:22 lately, especially the part that says, “When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.” It’s been reminding me that not everything has to happen slowly or the way we expect it to. There are moments where God can shift things all at once, in ways you didn’t even see coming. And in this season, I’m choosing to believe that things can change suddenly in the areas that felt delayed, stuck, or uncertain.

She is already spoken for... Before a word of correction is written… Before any commendation or warning is issued… Before any instruction is received or resisted… This must be established. When you open Book of Revelation chapter one, you are not introduced to problems. You are not ushered into complaints, trends, or cultural frustrations. You are confronted with a Person. The Revelation of Jesus Christ. This is the foundation. This is the schooling. This is the qualification. If you are to speak to the churches, Revelation chapter one is not optional reading. It is your training ground. Because until you have been schooled there, your tone will betray you, your language will expose you, and your conclusions will misrepresent Him. For the One who speaks first reveals Himself. The Alpha and the Omega. The One who was, who is, and who is to come. This is the basis of the voice addressing the churches. He is not reacting to history. He is not overwhelmed by present conditions. He is not uncertain about outcomes. He defines beginnings. He governs the present. He secures the future. So let us confront this with clarity. Will the One introduced as Alpha and Omega… with eyes like fire that search all things… with a voice like many waters that carries authority across ages… be reduced to a figure “weeping” because a few local churches have gone astray? Think again. Will the Lord of the Church speak as though His eternal purpose is collapsing? Think again. Statements like “the Church has failed God” or “the Lord is weeping for the Church” do not arise from this revelation. They arise from sentiment, not Scripture. They arise from frustration, not from the throne. And this must be corrected. Because at the end of it all, it is not about what we feel. It is about what the Spirit is saying to the churches. Not what our disappointments are saying. Not what our experiences are saying. Not what our frustrations are shouting. What is the Spirit saying? That is the only authorised voice. And this is why it must be said without hesitation: You are not authorised to speak to the Church if you have not first seen Christ rightly. Because the Christ you see determines the Church you describe. If you have not seen Him, you will misread her. If you have not stood before Him, you will speak about her carelessly. John did not begin with failures. He began with a vision so overwhelming that he fell as one dead. Eyes like fire. Voice like many waters. Countenance like the sun. And in that same unveiling, what was revealed? Seven stars in His right hand. Seven golden lampstands before Him. The stars are the messengers. The lampstands are the churches. Pause. Flawed churches. Imperfect leaders. Yet in Christ’s own unveiling, they are still called stars and still called golden. Not conditionally. Not historically. Presently. Nothing that follows cancels that. Not loss of first love. Not dead reputation. Not lukewarmness. Before correction came identity. Stars. Golden lampstands. This is divine perspective. And this is where many have erred. They claim to speak for the Church, yet they have not stood before the Christ who holds the Church. So they do not see stars. They see failures. They do not see lampstands. They see irrelevance. They do not see gold. They see dirt. And so they speak from irritation, not revelation. But consider Paul the Apostle in First Epistle to the Corinthians. A church filled with carnality, division, immorality, and confusion. Yet he writes: “Unto the church of God… sanctified in Christ Jesus… called to be saints.” He does not begin with their failures. He begins with their position in Christ. That is apostolic vision. That is covenant intelligence. That is how Christ Himself speaks. Correction without identity produces condemnation. Identity before correction produces transformation. So let this be understood clearly.

There will be a moment in your marriage having lived for so long together, that sex would not matter anymore cos it’s either you are too old for it or something… But being friends and soulmates will be all that matter — where you both can’t do without each other’s presence. Such that if one dies, it’s just a matter of days before the other dies, simply cos they just can’t live without each other anymore.
