This is like asking a fire marshal about a wrongful arrest. EPA has its own administrator (Zeldin), does not fall under HHS—hence the deflection from Kennedy. It’s got to eat at him though… dude spent his entire career advocating for stricter regulations on things like this. Now the administration he joined rolls back to the 2012 regulations under Obama.
