The BBC are running a disgraceful hit piece against me & will be hearing from my lawyers. It appears to be carefully coordinated & politically motivated within an hour of yet another Sunday Times story against Reform. Is it a coincidence the Met leadership are briefing against me to the BBC, just after we have confirmed our legal action against the NCA over their possible multiple criminal offences? No one has ever been in touch with me on this matter except the BBC today! The Establishment are playing dirtier than ever to try to smear & discredit Reform leaders

@ClarkeMicah I wouldn't like to comment on this case but it should be noted that if a nurse, any nurse, is found to have taken home confidential patient notes they would be looking at a referral to the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Their employer would look at disciplinary action.

@DebRoberts22249 @DailyMail It’s irrelevant if people agree with me, my views are based on my own expertise and I have no clue as to her guilt. However, I’ve seen and heard enough to say that the evidence to challenge is strong and issues such as the police withholding evidence put the CCRC under pressure.

@VeryOldCynic @DailyMail IRL no one is going to agree with you. The Court of Appeal didn't. That he chose not to get the certificate for a role he was already doing when it became a specialty, doesn't negate his experience. Much as you'd like it to.

Peter Hitchens - who writes and gets paid by the @DailyMail - actually uttered these words. "A majority verdict is actual *evidence* that the prosecution have not proved their case beyond reasonable doubt." I mean, think about what he has said. Because it's clear that he can't. Split hairs all you like about "beyond reasonable doubt" and "sure." They ultimately have the same meaning. But Hitchens appears to have completely lost his tenuous grip on the Letby plot. (Not my find. Thank you - you know who you are.) #iinnocencefraud

@Nigel_Farage Nigel, I am begging you…just for one day, please don’t be a dick. AxRu won’t have had a say in the decision, the transfer will be on the orders of a psychiatrist.

Axel Rudakubana has been moved from prison to a psychiatric hospital where he will be treated as a patient, not a prisoner. During the trial, his own defence lawyer did not submit a psychiatric report. This outrageous decision must be reversed.

@DebRoberts22249 @DailyMail There was no multi-disciplinary investigation, despite this being an explicit recommendation. The incompetent way this investigation has been managed seriously jeopardises the safety of the conviction, regardless of guilt and opens the door wide to challenge.

@VeryOldCynic @DailyMail Unlike Shoo Lee, Dr Evans didn't opine outside his field of expertise. This is what you get when you deny a whole 10 month trial. This is what you get when you forget 7 other experts. Come on, allegedly Neutral. Do better.

@DebRoberts22249 @DailyMail The consequences of not challenging the safety of the conviction could be wide reaching and harmful to society as a whole. In my own sphere of risk management, I have seen mistakes made in not challenging assessments ultimately cost £50Bn and it could happen again.

@DebRoberts22249 @DailyMail Hi Deb, have you heard the phrase “garbage in garbage out”? The trial functioned as intended, but the information inputs were flawed (garbage), as a consequence the trial outcome could never be anything by flawed (garbage). Legal outcomes must based reliable testable evidence.

@DebRoberts22249 @DailyMail …Further to work if Evans, an expert panel of 14 has been a to unpick the evidence and they have presented equally plausible causes of death, all of which Evans should have been able to identify and scientifically explain away.
