@AAFAI_org The sheer stupidity of some of the things that they cling on to as "evidence" of guilt is absolutely staggering. Unrelated handover sheets, a therapy note written during a breakdown, now we have "following basic legal advice on a tiny handful of occasions"

@homerghost Can you point me in the direction of Lee's research into air embolism please? His only papers that I am aware of on the subject are his 1989 paper and his 2024 paper which even he stated were reviews as they collated others' studies.

He fucked both trials and appeals. That's not a mistake. Letby was suffering from PTSD and he advised her to take the stand.
