@Slevin1187 @wynrosei So a vasectomy is performed under anesthesia. The insertion of the IUD is not. And they pry open the vaginal canal, use a tenaculum forceps to pierce the cervix and pull it down, and jam the device into the uterus. So no, it's much more invasive and painful than vasectomy
