DO NOT sell on @viagogo 🚨 It’s been over 3 MONTHS and I still haven’t been paid. Tickets were transferred, buyer USED them, and they keep delaying with excuses: 8 days, 40 days, 12 days, 72 hours again 40 days and nothing. Case 615653513. This is unacceptable. Pay your sellers.

I’ve already been told that since I didn’t request the tickets before the event, I won’t be able to get a refund, which I was never informed about. At all times it said the tickets would be sent to me. It’s unreasonable not to refund me if the tickets were never delivered. I kindly request a refund.
