@viagogo I have an overdue payment pending since March 8. Multiple calls, no response from payments team. Case: 636635302 This is unacceptable. Who can resolve this? @Profeco

Yesterday some people experienced issues during the payment related to the RTB conversion, not receiving yet their RTT. We would like to reassure you that the relevant technical issue has been solved and that we have full records of the payments made. We are analyzing these and we will get back with next steps shortly.
