after speaking to the general manager fernando at @SamsClub at #evergreenpark per verbatim "customers without plus memberships had to upgrade to shop" you guys are fraudulent when it comes to building value.

so you guys forced shoppers to get plus memberships to shop #pokemon @SamsClub such an awful and dishonest way of increasing corporate revenues for the fiscal year. you guys should be ashamed! zero value built! "no plus membership no shopping" 🤦‍♂️ train your leaders

Your location did not give me an opportunity to take advantage of my plus membership @SamsClub online it said i can beat the line by shopping at 8am and here I am at 9:03am. Horrible experience

@DollarGeneral your Robbins location 60472 had 118pokemon tins in stock and as of 72hrs there are zero available in store. Please check internal theft, are your employees buying all the product? I have been going in everyday and are given different answers every time.

Why do I have to wait 39 mins after the store opens to be able to shop? None of this makes sense. I’ve been here since 4am @meijer your facility opens at 6am. I checkout at 6:42 this is horrible operations.

@DollarGeneral is there a reason none of your facilities pick up the phone? Online inventory and onsite inventory are non existent so I’m trying to save a trip and money on gas.

@DollarGeneral your facility at the Robbins location in Illinois shows that they have 120products in inventory, upon entering the facility it was determined that online inventory is a lie. Manager said they have zero. 120 missing products? I call it #internaltheft
