@AceHardware do y’all take constructive criticism on an Ace product? I recently purchased a 20 lb bag of bird seed at my local Eatonton GA Ace store. Great store and wonderful associates, BTW! This product was shot through with fillers. My birds had to pick through the mixture with most being uneaten. See photos.

Hey @AceHardware I ordered an Ego riding mower which was delivered July 2nd. Upon assembly I identified it was damaged in transit. I have yet to receive timing on a replacement, haul away, and assembly of a said replacement. Pretty frustrating given how expensive this was.

@Laparkadecali We're sorry to hear about your experience. Each store is individually owned and operated, which means they can refuse a return. You can try to get a refund from another Ace if it's within 30 days and you have the receipt. We apologize for any frustration this causes.

@AceHardware be honest and refund me my money. I bought a Pokemon Japanese box with no card and Tierra Santa ACE Hardware store refuses to refund me. I bought close to $2000 in cards and one box didn’t have the card. I don’t care if ACE is scalping the cards but I want my card
