Wow! Once engineering T cells is done for the peripheral nervous system in addition to the CNS, this therapy could be astounding for NeuroSjogrens. The majority of people with the most common systemic AI disease (Sjogrens) have significant neurologic involvement. (Cont)

@VickiGSP @Dysautonomia Prior to Covid @dysautonomia website & Dr. Goodman had noted Sjogrens was the 2nd most common cause of POTS. Recently @Dysautonomia posted the Johns Hopkins Sjogrens crew are reporting ~50% of their Sjogrens patients have dysautonomia. I think the latter might be unpublished.

@VickiGSP But for those MD's who say there is no connection between Sjogrens & dysautonomia you could also use google scholar & print out the search results, since 1 paper may not suffice their doubt. Here's some screenshots to show the effect.

@NeuroSjogrens @Dysautonomia I have seen his webinar via Sjogren's Europe. Tried to email but no response! A UK doc dismissed on the basis of lack of peer-reviewed publications and low case numbers, told me to beware! Grrrr!

@VickiGSP Goodman is perhaps the Neuro most synonymous for Sjogrens & who also has researched & developed tests for antibodies to autonomic nervous system. Here's one small paper, all lightheaded Sj subjects tested + 4 DysA. He's got video talks avail on the @Dysautonomia website. ⬇️

Yesterday, someone asked about my mask and if I had covid, I said I've never had it. I responded with intention to inform and one thing I shared was the MRI brain study of before/after SARS-2, he said he had no idea and thanked me... my friend said he looked scared when he left.

@RideLondon Dedicated and inspiring, it takes stamina to stick it out with cheering [etc] like that! My only gripe were the people spraying riders with a hose outside their hose when it was no longer that hot (around 5pm), I didn't welcome getting wet.
