@HiveHomeUK I booked and paid for an installation appointment a month ago which was due today between 1-6pm. Yet no one have turned up!? And have had no communication update from anyone!

@nxcare I paid for a reserved seat today yet when I got there I was told that there was no reserved seating! I also had no email to warn me that Cardiff coach station was closed so had to rush to the new pickup point. My first time travelling on NX and am not impressed.

@_Railcards My Dad has just bought a senior railcard and for some reason his photo is blank? He says he has uploaded a photo so I've no idea why it isn't showing. Help!!

Easy cycling from ‘stow to City in tweets! Here’s a moderately easy route from Walthamstow Central to Old Street avoiding the worst of the traffic. If you take it easy so that you don’t break a sweat you should still be able to do it in under an hour :-)
